We are focused on creating frameworks of collaboration and on exploring ways to improve procurement so that residents and government employees can experience the benefits of emerging technologies in their communities. Through our flagship program Startup in Residence, we bridge the gap between the private and public sector. The program facilitates startup and government teams to co-create technology solutions for government-defined challenges. Enterprise technology experts provide guidance these teams to ensure the solutions created have maximum impact.
We help these solutions, and the startups that create them, scale by providing mentorship, introductions, and capital.
The result is a more robust, market-driven, and efficient govtech market. I joined the team in 2017 as a Product Designer and User Researcher. I dedicated my time at the company improving our program by applying user-centered design metrics. Our team’s main goal is to bring government employees new technologies to improve the U.S. Metro Transit System.
